Every User (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Customer”) who enters and uses the services of the Online Store is considered to consent and fully and unconditionally accept all the terms herein, without exception. It is noted that before submitting each order, the User receives through a special link knowledge of the terms of sale of the product / products he wants to acquire and then selects the activation of a relevant icon “I have read and accept the terms of use”. 1. Orders. Submission and Acceptance of Orders
Order Submission

1.2. The User expressly and unreservedly states that before submitting his order he became aware of the following information regarding the product / products:

The total price of the product (s) of the order, including VAT. The final price does not include shipping costs, which are listed in Article 6.1. of the present and which differ depending on whether they are shipments within Attica / outside Attica / abroad.

Order Acceptance
1.3. Upon submission of the Order Form, the User receives an automated message in the e-mail he has filled in the above Order Form that his order has been accepted by the Company and that it is being processed.
1.4. The Customer also has the opportunity to be informed about the progress of his order from the website of the postal company through the tracking code, which is sent to him with a newer e-mail to the same email address he has stated in the above Order Form.
2. Cancellations of Orders
You can cancel your order at any stage before its completion by sending a relevant e-mail to (email) Depending on the stage of development of your order we will inform you about the options you have.
3. Force majeure
The website artforumgifts.gr is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to the fault of the Company or due to force majeure and therefore the latter is entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples are extreme weather events (frosts, heat waves, storms), earthquakes, fires, strikes, terrorist acts, war, transportation problems, etc. If such incidents last more than two (2) months, the contract of sale may be terminated. by any party without compensation. If the Customer deems that he no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he is entitled to terminate the contract of sale and the Company is obliged to return the price as well as any other amount paid under the contract of sale.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013)
4.1. The Customer can return the product / products purchased from the Online Store within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Customer can deliver the product / products / products by sending them at his own expense to the headquarters of the Company listed at the beginning of this. In particular, the Customer has the above right of return, without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
(a) Within fourteen (14) calendar days from their receipt at the address stated by the Customer.

(c) The return of the product (s) is accepted, provided that the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by the Company for the shipment

(e) Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to return to the Customer the price received. In case of debiting the Customer by credit card, the Company, once it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any foreseen action.
(f) Product / Products which / have been sold with an additional gift, must be returned / returned together with the additional gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4.2. The right of withdrawal, based on article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply in case the product / products / products have been unsealed or used.
5. Defective Product (s)
5.1. Withdrawal does not concern defective products.
5.2. In case of a defective product, the Company is solely responsible and the Customer may:
(a) require, without charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs
(b) to request a reduction of the price
(c) to withdraw from the contract of sale, demanding the return of the price and shipping costs.
5.3. 7. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Greek law and in particular the relevant legislation concerning matters relating to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection. The courts of Athens are designated as competent courts for the settlement of any dispute.
