Every User (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Customer”) who enters and uses the services of the Online Store is considered to consent and fully and unconditionally accept all the terms herein, without exception. 1. Orders. Submission and Acceptance of Orders

Order Acceptance

2. Cancellations of Orders

3. Force majeure

The website artforumgifts.gr is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to the fault of the Company or due to force majeure and therefore the latter is entitled to an extension of time for execution. 4. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013)

4.1. The Customer can return the product / products purchased from the Online Store within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Customer can deliver the product / products / products by sending them at his own expense to the headquarters of the Company listed at the beginning of this. In particular, the Customer has the above right of return, without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:

(a) Within fourteen (14) calendar days from their receipt at the address stated by the Customer.
